Azra is a Counselling Psychologist. Her goal is to provide a space for her clients to process, think about and make changes in their lives so that they feel more fulfilled and less alone. She is there to listen and gives insights and suggestions when needed.
Azra has several years of experience and has worked in a variety of settings including job services, universities and private practice.
Azra provides support to young people and adults when they are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, conflict, trauma, eating concerns, academic performance concerns, unemployment, loss and grief, stress, loss of motivation and many other life challenges. She uses several therapeutic techniques and has an empathic approach to help the people who see her.
Azra is available on Thursdays and Fridays
