Psychological Counselling

Counselling is a very powerful process of breaking through emotional or psychological distress and concerns. It will assist you to gain insight and tools to change what it is that is holding you back from living the life that you aspire to. It is beneficial for mild distress to severe psychological distress. It is also a very effective forum to assist you to get to your next level of achievement in various personal and performance areas. Medicare Rebate

Medicare provides a $81.60 refund per counselling session for 12 sessions a year for people who qualify under the Mental Health scheme. In order to qualify please call us to discuss an appropriate Psychologist for you to see. You will then need to arrange a double appointment (30 min) with your regular doctor where you will be assessed, and referred to the Psychologist of your choice.

Hypnotherapy uses the technique of hypnosis to achieve a calm and meditative state of awareness, providing immediate benefits to health and wellbeing. In this relaxed state, the mind is most receptive to positive change.
