Natalie has worked across a broad range of settings including inpatient, community mental health, and private practice. She works primarily with adults, and seeks to support clients to realise personal growth and move in a positive, forward direction in life. Natalie’s special interest areas include anxiety and related concerns, depression, life transitions and adjustments, grief and loss, relationship issues, personality disorders and trauma.
Natalie’s therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to the individual. She draws on client’s strengths and positive strategies for growth and utilises techniques and strategies from a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming (EMDR).
