Neasa is a general psychologist who believes in the value of creating a safe space to heal from psychological stress and trauma. She offers compassionate insight and pathways to healing from adversity and long standing interpersonal stress, as well as solution focused approaches to strengthening psychological resilience and interpersonal skills to better face life’s challenges.

Neasa has been a registered psychologist from 2000 to 2020, and is returning to practice after studying and living overseas in Ireland. She has worked in government, private practice and non-government organizations, delivering evidencebased programs and clinical treatment to a broad range of clients, including veterans and their families, couples, adults suffering from depression, anxiety and trauma, and neurodivergent adults.

Her approach to therapy recognizes the bigger picture of her client’s lives, seeing people in context of their relationships, culture, society and identity. She helps people to understand themselves and painful psychological experiences through an empathic lens using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapies, Mindfulness Based CBT, Systems & Family Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
