Fiona is a registered psychologist with endorsement in Clinical and Educational & Developmental Psychology. She brings over 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across both educational and clinical settings.
Fiona has extensive experience working with neurodevelopmental, social, and emotional difficulties, including a strong focus on ADHD, learning differences, and cognitive assessment. She has worked across the lifespan, from paediatric populations through to adulthood, and has significant experience collaborating with schools and teachers.
She is known for her warm, collaborative approach and works closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure support is practical, consistent, and meaningful. Fiona places a strong emphasis on building trusting relationships and creating a space where clients feel understood and supported.
Fiona uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. She tailors her approach to each person’s needs, focusing on strengths and development.
