Kosta is a warm and approachable psychologist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults to better understand and manage their emotions. He has experience working across school and private practice settings, supporting clients with a range of concerns including anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
Kosta takes a collaborative and client-centred approach, with a strong focus on building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. He works alongside clients to explore patterns in their thinking and behaviour, while developing practical strategies to manage challenges and improve overall wellbeing.
He draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy, tailoring treatment to suit each individual’s goals and values. Kosta is particularly interested in helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
