Jaskiran Kaur Rikhraj – Psychologist
Kiran’s passion is supporting individuals and couples who are struggling to move past traumatic or stressful experiences. She takes pride in helping clients identify limiting patterns, develop more fulfilling relationships, a stronger sense of self, and rediscover balance in their lives.
Drawing from a culturally informed perspective, Kiran ensures her work honours your background and identity. She takes time to build a strong therapeutic relationship, as a genuine connection is the foundation for meaningful change. She also enjoys learning about the unique attributes that a client brings to therapy.
To help achieve your desired outcomes, Kiran skilfully integrates a diverse set of evidence-based approaches from CBT, humanistic/existential therapy, schema therapy, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy.
