How We Collaborate:

  • Timely clinical updates and progress summaries (with patient consent)
  • Open communication before, during, or after referral
  • Supportive of your ongoing role as the patient’s primary care provider
  • Shared care planning and welcoming of feedback
  • All communication is delivered with sensitivity, clarity, and a focus on whole-person wellbeing

Making Mental Health Support Accessible

We understand that access to care can be a barrier for many. Aspire is proud to offer fully funded mental health services through key PHN programs for eligible clients.

Care in Mind – Mental Health Support

This program provides psychological care for individuals who are unable to access Medicare-funded services due to financial or systemic barriers.

Eligibility:

  • Live, work, or study in the North Western Melbourne region
  • Mild to moderate mental health concerns
  • Limited or no access to Medicare-funded services (e.g. no MHCP)

What’s Included:

  • Up to 12 fully funded sessions with a registered psychologist
  • In-person and telehealth options
  • Warm, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care

How to Refer:
Download the Care in Mind referral form from the Care in Mind website and fax it directly to their intake team.

Right Care, Right Place – Eating Disorders Pilot

A fully funded early intervention program designed to support individuals with eating or body image concerns—no formal diagnosis required.

Eligibility:

  • Any level of eating or body image concern
  • No EDP or formal diagnosis required
  • Must live, work, or study in the North Western Melbourne PHN region

What’s Included:

  • Up to 20 fully funded sessions per year
  • Access to a multidisciplinary team including psychologists and dietitians
  • Safe, non-judgemental early intervention and support

How to Refer:
Use the Care in Mind referral form, noting the referral is for the Eating Disorders Pilot.

Other Funding Options Include:

  • Medicare (with MHCP)
  • Care in Mind
  • WorkCover
  • TAC
  • NDIS (self- or plan-managed)

Trauma-Informed Therapy – EMDR Available

We offer support for individuals impacted by trauma, PTSD, or related mental health concerns through clinicians trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

To refer for EMDR: Please note this in your referral, and we will match the client with an appropriately trained clinician.
